This terrific wine is named after the bat, Opi remembers as a child, that knocked over a candle and left wax prints all over his grandfather’s cellar. Spicy, liquorice scented Shiraz, cassis laden Cabernet and dense Malbec create a wine with bags of appealing ripe fruit.
