In the unlikely event of a wine not being to your taste, we’ll make sure that returning the bottle is easy for you. All you need to do is let us know by phone or email and we’ll arrange for the wine to be picked up. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Our top priority is that you’re happy with your order.
Laithwaites wines are covered by a satisfaction guarantee subject to certain conditions – if a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reasons, assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions and has met Laithwaites wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to Virgin Wines Redemption store Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law Laithwaites does not offer refunds and returns on older vintages and fine wines.
