Description Founded in 1963 by Alberto Zuccardi, primarily to show off a new irrigation system, this winery is now one of Argentina's leading producers. Named after Alberto's grand daughter, Santa Julia is just one of their cellars that have, over the years, won many top awards. Alberto's grandson, Sebastián, is regarded today as one of the country's top winemakers, while his father José was given a lifetime achievement award. Winemaking for The Holdings is headed up by Ruben Ruffo, who has worked for the family since 1990. Having made wine all over Spain, Italy and France, he has broad experience. This is a refreshing blend of bright, almost tropical Chenin Blanc and peachy Chardonnay. Chill a bottle down and enjoy on its own or with tangy chicken.
