Description The 2006 vintage of this wine won the Jimmy Watson. When winemaker Filippo Scarpantoni accepted the award, he said the wine was designed to "show the power and the strength and the fruit of McLaren Vale Cabernet.” It certainly did that. As does this concentrated 2013 vintage here. At seven years old, this lavish red shows all the intensity, power and concentration that comes from the 35-year-old Brothers Block vines, and the excellent but low-yielding early vintage.
