The Barossa might be known for its ripe, warming reds, but for those who know where to go, there are magical pockets of cool climate vineyards tucked between valleys and perched on hillsides. This is where winemaker Andrea Maxwell discovered the special parcel of Pinot Noir which made its way into The Hart Pinot Noir. The wine is light and fruity with aromas of green strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb. It is juicy yet soft and rounded with subtle spice and earthy notes. A fun and easy drinking red, especially when chilled 20 minutes before serving.
