Made using traditional techniques, with the aim of expressing our unique microclimate, this is a fresh, lightly oaked Shiraz with a vibrant, generous mid-palate that finishes uninterrupted and long. A great 'food wine' in its youth and with careful cellaring it will mature well over the next 3-5 years.
