Description Crafted from the plump and juicy Merlot grapes of Victoria's Upper Goulburn region, the 93pt Belitso Rosé reflects winemaker Adrian Santolini's skill in crafting pretty cool-climate wines. The grapes were lightly pressed to avoid extracting too much colour from the skins, leading to a delightfully salmon pink Rosé. The juice was fermented in stainless steel, before the wine was filtered and bottled to capture the fresh fruit flavours. Bright red berry aromas and sweet florals emerge after pouring.
