Description Kilikanoon’s Killermans Run is a remarkable red named after a local legend. Old man Killerman lived in the bushland behind the cellar door, trapping rabbits, growing vegetables and making wines in a galvanised iron lean-to shed. He’d be proud of the red that bears his name. A layered, smooth, spicy blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, Killermans has enjoyed remarkable acclaim, with previous vintages garnering high Halliday points and Gold medals. This one has an impressive 90 points from The Wine Advocate: "...redolent of kirsch, baked raspberries and Chinese five spice with hints of white pepper and dusty earth. Medium to full-bodied with plush tannins and a generous amount of spicy red berry preserves flavors, it has a long peppery finish."
