Baroota is a 'special project' red, grapes selected from a number of top, early ripening vineyards between premium areas Spencer Gulf and the Flinders Ranges. Vinified in small batches. Enjoy aromas of blackberry with a sweet oak and vanilla lift, plus highlights of spice and eucalyptus. The intense, warming palate is loaded with dense black fruit, and smooth tannins carry the Shiraz to a delightfully long rich finish. It’s best decanted, then served with a rib eye steak or roasted eggplant.
