Description The raw, rocky soils and cool summer evenings of the Clare Valley are perfectly suited to producing vibrant and refreshing white wines – just like the Fairview Ridge Riesling. This is classic lime-driven Clare Riesling with notes of kumquat, granny smith apple and bubblegum. Crisp, lively acid races toward a satisfyingly fresh finish. Alcohol at a relatively low 11.2%, makes for an approachable white easily paired with panfried garlic sea scallops or a variety of local cheeses.
