It's from Serrada in the heart of Rueda and a third-generation family estate, who completed a new winery in 2005. The team go to great lengths to ensure the wine retains maximum fruit and freshness. Night harvesting is essential in a region where daytime summer temperatures reach 35° (even at 700 metres altitude) and drop 20° at night to a chilly 15°. Cool fermentation and three months ageing on its fine lees is the perfect recipe for this characterful white, zippy and citrusy fresh, yet with rounded creamy weight too. A great apéritif; top with seafood.
