The free run juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before spending 9 months in new and first use French oak barriques. The resulting Chardonnay is citrussy, with white peach, nectarine, melon and pear fruit flavours, nderpinned by layers of almond-like pastry and a textural minerality.
