Description Planted in 1910, the Enchanted Garden is a thriving seven acre vineyard wonderland in the beautiful Eden Valley. Whole bunches of Riesling were hand picked in the second week of March, before destemming and fermenting in tank to produce a beguiling bone-dry Riesling with only 11% alcohol. Fresh on the nose with crisp red apples, sweet florals and aromatic musk, with top notes of citrus, blossom, orange and lime. Mineral salts, sea asparagus, slate and alpine river water run along a robust acid line to a long finish. "Pale and youthful in the glass, with some lovely green hints to it. Aromas of citrus pith, talc, jasmine and lily. The palate is fine and delicate, lemony citrus and a bath salts minerality. Long and fine: archetypal Eden Valley riesling... 92pts" (Aaron Brasher, The Real Review).
