That family includes legendary figure Grant Burge. Today Trent and Amelia Burge carry on that great tradition at their homestead at Corryton Park in the Barossa's Eden Valley. Their mother grew up in Cornelian Bay, Tasmania, and always wanted to produce wine from her home state. This wine sourced from the acclaimed Coal River Valley – excellent for Pinot Noir – is a delight, with aromas of cherries and Black Forrest cake, succulent sweet fruit flavours, delicately edged in oak for a year, giving it attractive savoury notes.
