Meticulous selection at harvest time, delicate pressings, the use of reserve wines and cellar ageing contributes to the quality of the wine. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, key to the rich flavours is careful fruit selection from 100% Premier Cru vineyards. No expense has been spared, right down to three years' bottle ageing.
Enticing aromas of honey, white flowers and dried apples lead to a softly spicy, biscuity finish.
