Sauvignon Blanc, grown in Quarisa's Riverina vineyards, produce a winning wine with loads of grassy fresh zip as well as ripe tropical fruit flavours – peach, pineapple and passionfruit! He insists on night harvested grapes to ensure lots of bright fresh flavours and cool ferments them for the same reason. This wine has already won a Gold medal not long after release and we expect more awards to come – it's a fridge-door-must! Chill and enjoy as a glass solo or with spicy Thai dishes.
