Awarded a five star rating from James Halliday right out of the gate and named a Top 10 New Winery in 2015, Byron & Harold have gone on to receive a 5 Red Star rating. This Chardonnay is tangy and fresh with capsicum and white pineapple in equal measure. Imbuing complex flavours of lemon meringue, stone fruit and citrus with toasty oak tannins and natural acidity, this is a prime example of the quality Chardonnay the Margaret River is renowned for. Pair with barbequed marron with garlic and lemon butter.
