His father, Julián, owns Bodegas Muriel in the Rioja Alavesa, a winery Julián’s parents established in 1926, and which is the regular recipient of awards. It’s made using the indigenous Viura grape, and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel to capture every single flicker of freshness.
