Barely two kilometres from the coast, the vines are cooled by the ocean breezes rolling off the Gulf St Vincent and the brisk gully winds descending from the Adelaide Hills. This natural force allows the pristine fruit time to slowly develop and ripen, leading to a wine of astounding elegance and complexity. Concentrated dark berry fruit and liquorice flavours are beautifully balanced with firm tannins and subtle smoky notes, leading to a smooth yet savoury finish.
