Description The two winemakers behind these wines have some serious credentials ... Michael Kerrigan and Gavin Berry have over 37 years combined winemaking experience and make wine for two five-star Margaret River estates. Noble Shiraz has been blended with Grenache, contributing its heady perfume and sweet fruit mid palate. Bringing the wine together is a small dollop of intense, savoury Tempranillo. Each component of the wine was fermented separately in open topped vats with traditional fermentation techniques. The resultant wine parcels were matured in a combination of American and French oak barriques for 12 months before blending.
