Description This is Australia's first locally produced and locally owned black spiced rum. It’s made from molasses and aged through a solera system (in which small portions are aged in different barrels adding considerable complexity). Native botanicals – ringwood, cinnamon Myrtle, orange peel, vanilla are added to the black aged rum for a thoroughly satisfying tipple that is great served in a ‘Dark & Stormy cocktail, withh Bundaberg Ginger beer and fresh lime.
