To clear cellar space, they passed on the final cases of this Crianza in a one off secret deal. It was crafted in the 2015 vintage – classified “muy bueno” – with fruit sourced from the oldest, low yielding vines to ensure maximum concentration. After a slow fermentation, the wine was treated to a year in US oak and two years in bottle, prior to release. Perfect now, it’s the classic match for roast lamb.
