You’ll enjoy aromas of raspberries, blackberries and apricot (classic for Viognier) – and bold, dense fruit flavours, with smoky blackberry married with a dark chocolate and raspberry liqueur, with toasty cedar and vanilla notes. Serve it with beef and oxtail stew, steak and kidney pie, pink rack of garlicky lamb … or steak tartare.
