Description The Clare Valley is responsible for some rich, deep, reds, equal in size and complexity to those from nearby Barossa and McLaren Vale. Moonlake’s Reserve Cabernet takes that richness and complexity to a whole new level (or should that be depth?). Intensely concentrated, it has a core of cassis and plum fruit, interwoven with layers of bay leaf and cedary oak. Fine tannins and a long finish tie it together perfectly.
