Description Rioja and Navarra next door make some of Spain’s finest crisp and fruit filled Rosé. And few can beat Los Hermanos for quality and value. It’s from a family estate founded 200 years ago. The fourth generation, brothers Victor and David Manzanos, took it over about 10 years ago and have made great strides since. In this pink, winemaker Borja Ripa has used Tempranillo and Garnacha, all from Rioja, but declassified. Using only free run juice, the wine is fresh and sappy with lots of lemony berry fruit and a pleasing creamy weight. Brilliant solo and versatile with food.
