Description “Beautifully bright fruit, with a citrus-driven aromatic profile and concentrated flavours of melon, banana and passionfruit. Fresh and crystalline with lots of personality... 90pts” - IWSC. For an excellent value, easy drinking white, plump for this crisp Trebbiano. It's from Italy's sunny Abruzzo, on its eastern coast and made by the talented Ludovica Crugnale at a modern cellar there. After studying winemaking, Ludovica gained experience in California and Australia, before returning to her beloved Italy in 2017. She is hugely passionate about what she does, championing the great traditions of the region, whilst embracing the benefits of modern technology. The cellar works with many growers, but Ludovica particularly loves the grapes of Maria, a lady with decades of experience. There's lovely intensity and freshness in her Trebbiano grapes, as you'll taste in the wine. Delightful solo or with antipasti and lighter dishes.
