Description Estate grown in 5-Star Howard Vineyard's Mt Barker vineyard. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The fruit was picked at night to ensure minimum colour pick-up and whole bunch pressed with only 6 hours skin contact, leading to the stunning, very light pink colour. Luscious on the palate with hints of strawberry, blueberry, roses and spring flowers. Notes of floral and herbs balance the bright acidity and mouth watering dry finish.
