Rebecca and Time Duffy are the duo behind the stunning Holm Oak winery in cool-climate Tasmania. Apart from their standout wines which constantly win acclaim (see below for Halliday's 96pt review), the winery is also home to the winery's general manager, Pinot d'Pig.
