Description
Arguably, Australia's most iconic Riesling, sourced from Grosset's organic Polish Hill Vineyard. Hence, the name. Intense citrus blosson on the nose and a juicy, crisp lime-juice and slate palate. Bone dry and intense, well deserving of it's Langton's Classification as 'Exceptional'. Gourmet Traveller Wine listed it as #1 in their Top 5 Rieslings at the end of 2019.
"The sails of the ship are still tightly furled, but the length and balance will stand the wine well as it ages (for decades) elaborating on the flavours of the Polish Hill River district as it always does... 96pts" (Halliday).
