Arguably, Australia's most iconic Riesling, sourced from Grosset's organic Polish Hill Vineyard. Hence, the name. Intense citrus blosson on the nose and a juicy, crisp lime-juice and slate palate. Bone dry and intense, well deserving of it's Langton's Classification as 'Exceptional'. Gourmet Traveller Wine listed it as #1 in their Top 5 Rieslings at the end of 2019.
