Description Named after Grant Burge’s great grandfather, the powerful and generous Meshach Shiraz captures the heart of Barossa tradition. Expect dark chocolate, cinnamon, cherry, earthy spices and supple tannins. It's beautiful. Sourced primarily from century‑old vines, vinified with traditional techniques and matured in French and American oak hogsheads for 20 to 22 months, the classic style is exemplified by ripe blackberry and praline aromas, roasted chestnut and panforte nuances and rich, chocolatey textures.
