Description First produced in 1995, the Fox Creek Chardonnay is barrel fermented with a portion matured for 10 months in French oak on yeast lees. This wine variety exhibits golden peach, rockmelon and apricot flavours, rounded out by a rich, creamy texture. On the palate, look forward to white peach, nectarine, apple and lemon over subtle spicy notes and lightly roasted nuts that combine to provide an attractive and layered bouquet. Simply delicious.
