Description The two varieties were handpicked and placed into the crusher simultaneously. Fermentation in open 1 tonne fermenter at relatively cool temperatures to ensure the freshness of the fruit character was preserved, with intention that the wine be luscious and textural, yet be as far from the blockbuster concept as possible.
