Crisp, fruity and vibrant, they’re the perfect glass to sip solo – preferably in the sunshine. However, their structure and slightly savoury notes mean that they complement a wide range of foods, making them great ‘go to’ wines for gourmands everywhere. This delightful drop was crafted by Vincent Guegen, who used Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre with a splash of Vermentino, all sourced from gravelly vineyards planted on slopes facing the Mediterranean.
