Still very much a boutique, Deep Woods and talented winemaker Julian Langworthy (the man behind their recent 97pt ‘Best Cabernet in Australia’ ) and his small, dedicated team control every aspect of the winemaking process with an attention to detail that ensures the quality shines through in every bottle.
