Description Colab & Bloom comes from the interestingly named 'Loonie' Wine Co, a 5 Star venture run by an experienced group of McLaren Vale wine folk, including vigneron Norm Doole (of Dowie Doole fame) and Mark Farmilo (ex winemaker at Penfolds, Lindemans, Seppelt and Wynns). As you can imagine, the wines are indeed impressive! "Juicy berry fruit flows though the palate in an unbroken stream of blackberry, dark chocolate, licorice and spice, tannins and oak bystanders...93pts" (Halliday).
