Description By taking the free run juice from predominantly Pinot Noir grapes from the elevated Rhymney Vineyard, they've created a Rosé that can be enjoyed chilled with food or as an apéritif. The vibrant colour, complex aromatics and juicy texture come from the addition of small amounts of Shiraz and several other secret varieties to complement the freshness and delicacy of the Pinot Noir. Enjoy it slightly chilled with a platter of soft cheese, antipasti and olives.
