Using 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards close to the coast, his Aluado has ripe peach fruit balanced by a zing of stony crispness. It has won six Golds in the past two vintages, and the new 2020 is every bit as delicious. Lovely as a glass on its own, or served with seafood, salmon or chicken dishes.
