Harvested in the early morning to retain all that endearing freshness, the juice from the different vineyard blocks were fermented separately in tank and kept on lees a little longer to give the wine that mouthfilling, luscious quality the Alkoomi White Label Sav Blanc is known for. Rich fruity flavours of fresh pineapple and lychee are carried on the palate with a crunchy bright acidity.
