To be eligible for the Double Points promotion, members must make a purchase on the Virgin Wines Redemption store between 00:01 AEDT Monday 1 November 2021 and 23:59 AEDT Monday 20 December 2021 to earn 4 Points per $1 spent (2 base Points + 2 bonus Points will show as base Points at checkout). Order and delivery: Orders will not be accepted (nor will alcohol be delivered to) persons under the age of 18 years. You are purchasing product(s) from Laithwaites, not Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd. Your contract with Laithwaites will be formed when they dispatch your product(s). Delivery costs will be advised at the time of ordering and vary by postcode. Laithwaites deliver to most addresses in Australia including PO Boxes except the Northern Territory, dry zones across Australia and Parcel Lockers. Orders are usually fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent’s nearest depot. If an offered wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of equal or greater value may be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute, Laithwaites will provide you with a refund in line with their Satisfaction Guarantee and Terms and Conditions.

# Satisfaction Guarantee: Laithwaites wines are covered by a Satisfaction Guarantee subject to certain conditions. If a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions and has met Laithwaites wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to the Virgin Wines Redemption store Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law, Laithwaites does not offer refunds and returns on older vintages and fine wines.

Points earn: As a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, you will earn 2 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points per each dollar spent (excluding delivery costs) by purchasing items using a credit / debit card or PayPal from the Virgin Wines Redemption store. Members may also be eligible to receive bonus Points offers from time to time. All Velocity Points (including any bonus Points) will be credited to your Velocity account within 30 days of purchase from the Virgin Wines Redemption store.
